I have never particularly liked seafood, besides prawns and tuna salad sandwiches. I am trying to open up the world of fish to my diet and I am hoping someone can recommend a good “first fish” for me to try. I would prefer for it to not be too pricey and also for it to be relatively easy to cook. It can be tricky when you know nothing about fish. Thanks a ton. Also if you could tell me how to cook the fish you recommend, I would really appreciate it. Thanks a ton!
