Hello i am an experienced spinning and baitcasting fisherman and want to start fly fishing and does anyone have experience with the walmart fly combos (5 weight)? There around 40 bucks and was hoping to get one today. will i regret it?

One of my fondest rod and reel is the hess fishing rod and reel combo that I found abandoned at the pond I fished at. I had lost one the other day to a carp that dragged it underwater , because I forgot to secure my fishing rod. I came back the next day hoping that I would float to shore , but I found an abadoned fishinf rod. I have caught many fish with that rod

I have an old fishing pole that I would like some history on. It is a telescopic 10 foot pole. It says on it” Still Fish” Toledo Ohio. It is a rod and reel combo. It has a built in fishing reel down by the cork handle. The fishing line runs up through the center of the pole. It is rather unique. Can you tell me any history about the pole or the company that made it? I cannot find anything.
