what kind of oil did he used?
By msyimi, November 15, 2008 @ 6:34 am
should be vegetable oil. fish should be top with ginger and green scallions. I would heat the slices of ginger with the oil along with a clove of garlic. salt should also be added to the fish

this is how I do it. after steaming the fish, you should add salt/pepper/soy sauce to the fish. heat the ginger along with a clove of garlic in vegetable oil. when the oil is hot, pour over the fish.

This is the best one I have seen so far on youtube. For better taste, use lard. Veggie oil is okay. Ingredients are – fish, ginger, oil, soy sauce, and green onion.

Hey… to the concerned people at the expert village, i think it would be so much better if you could upload the entire recipe in one video itself.. as it gets confusing for the viewers – its like putting together a puzzle.
I do hope you can work on this.. as the recipes are quite good!!!
Keep it up!
=)
